The salmon was expertly prepared, with clean, precise cuts made using a sharp knife. The shio koji marination was absolutely perfect β from the amount used and the marinating time to the freezing process. Every detail was spot on.
The texture after cooking was exceptional. The shio koji made the salmon incredibly tender, while the slightly caramelised marinade created an irresistible aroma and a beautiful depth of flavour.
As a chef myself, I truly appreciate the care and attention to detail that went into preparing this product. I would definitely purchase it again. Highly recommended!

Absolutely delicious! The shio-koji marinated salmon was amazing! You can really taste how fresh and high quality the salmon is.
Instead of cooking it in the oven, I tried pan-frying it wrapped in foil, and it turned out beautifully soft, tender and full of flavour.
I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it!

The salmon is incredibly fresh and beautifully infused with the flavours of shio koji and Kyoto miso. The koji makes the flesh so tender it practically melts in your mouth, giving it an exquisite texture. The slightly charred marinade adds an irresistible flavour when cooked. Iβll definitely be buying it again. Highly recommended!
